Brazilian driver Mario Moraes showed up at the first event and proved that he will be a contender for the FTR championship in 2004.
Mario had support from World Speed Motorsports, and Brazil’s Bassan Motorsports. He was able to have the fastest lap of the weekend, pole position in race two, and a podium finish as well.
