World Speed drivers Jack Holmes, and Amanda Cartier also ran a few races this season in preparation for 2021. Holmes ran four races, and made it onto the podium in only his second weekend. Cartier secured a Hard Charger Award in the one double-header weekend she competed in.
“It goes without saying that 2020 was a crazy year, noted Team Principal Telo Stewart. “Other than Jay Horak, none of our drivers even ran all of the races in the championship due to the shutdowns. That said, they all did a great job individually. Jay really got up to speed in the F3, Courtney made the most out of a year that was supposed to be spent on the East Coast, Cooper won his first FPUSA race, William came on board as the new VMB driver and impressed everyone, Amanda set personal bests, and we got a new driver Jack (Holmes) up to speed and going well. We are looking forward to next year and everyone’s continued progress, podiums, and wins! We also look forward to getting some of our drivers who missed this season, back on track when it makes the most sense for them.”
