As an update to everyone wondering how the season is going with World Speed. Going into round one at Sonoma was tricky having no experience in the car. I was quickly able to find a little bit of pace on saturday but that was only good enough for P2 history would repeat itself on Sunday. That being said the goal for the weekend was to get used to how the car drove and keep it on the track and the goal was achieved. Going into one of the most difficult tracks in America with no experience was hard but possible. Then after regrouping a couple weeks later we had to head off to thunder hill. Thunder Hill was a much more comfortable weekend in terms of the forgiveness of the track. Having runoff around you instead of barriers was definitely a confidence booster.

This allowed me to push the car with more confidence and get tons of pace out of the car. I was running the fastest times all weekend and was very consistent. The main thing with the formula 4 car in general to get pace out of the car is the balance between understeer and oversteer and how you can control that with not just the steering but also the pedals. I would finish P2 again on both Saturday and Sunday due to pushing the car too hard initially and overheating the tires.

With every lap in the car I am gaining massive amounts of experience and knowledge about the car and how it reacts on the limit. With tons of preparation going on before the next race I can say that I will be much better and ready to perform at my max for rounds 5 and 6 of the Formula Pro USA championship at Laguna Seca on June 27th-29th. The entire experience with World Speed so far has been amazing and the help from them to help me get going in the car has been amazing. I may not have many right now but I would like to thank my sponsors @kartgalaxygraphics and Your Taxes Matter.
