VMB Driver Development has selected California karter Preston Lambert to train with World Speed Motorsports, and compete in select Formula Pro USA F4 Western Championship events over the next two seasons.

We are really excited to be working with Preston this season,” noted VMB President Steve Brisentine. “Preston has a reputation of putting in the hard work needed to get the job done, and we have been impressed with what we have seen so far.” World Speed Principal Telo Stewart added, “We have been talking to Preston for almost a year. He was referred to us for the program by our most recent alumni, William Ferguson. We are glad to now have him on board for what should be a multi-year program starting with off-track work and testing.”

Preston Lambert
I am honored to be awarded the VMB Driver Development scholarship and to represent World Speed Motorsport in the F4 Western Championships. I am excited to compete in a Formula 4 car, and looking forward to learning and growing as a driver in this next step. I would like to thank Gary Carton, Sonny and Vinny Cervelli, and the whole GFC team, who have been a huge part in helping me develop my skills. I wouldn’t have made it this far without the amazing support and knowledge they have guided me with over the past two years!”
