2025 IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo
This season World Speed Motorsports will be bringing multiple entries into the twelfth edition of the Super Trofeo North America.
The first event gets underway in March at Sebring International Raceway in Florida, where the team has won multiple times in formula cars.
ABOUT THE SERIES
Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America is one of the most exciting racing series in the world.
In North America, Super Trofeo races alongside what is known as some of the premier sportscar racing including the top-tier IMSA SportsCar Championship. 35-plus car grids compete on some of the most iconic circuits including Watkins Glen International and Laguna Seca, ensuring thrilling competition combined with the luxury entertainment and hospitality the Lamborghini brand is known for.
2024 WORLD SPEED DRIVERS
Courtney Crone #22 LST
Californian racer Courtney Crone is set to make her debut in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North American championship in 2024.
Crone was named as one of the four women included in the IMSA Diverse Driver Development program, aimed at promoting diversity in the premier North American Sports Car championship. She emerged as the winner of the scholarship last year, which granted her funds to enter the inaugural edition of the VP Racing SportsCar Challenge and is extended into 2024 for another racing program on the IMSA platform.
Scott Huffaker #22 LST
12 Hour of Sebring champion and consistent IMSA race winner Scott Huffaker will challenge for wins in the 2024 Lamborghini Super Trofeo North American Championship in the WSM/GP! #22. “We have raced against Scott in the F4 series, and he is a fierce competitor,” stated team principal Telo Stewart. “He is a proven winner, and we are looking forward to working with him.”
Early in his career, Huffaker won Formula Ford 1600, and F4 Championships. He is a Team USA Scholarship Award winner, a 12 Hours of Sebring champion, and has secured podiums in North America, Europe, and Asia in a variety of cars and series.
Cam Aliabadi - #15 LST
Cam started by attending driving schools with Mercedes-AMG from October of 2016 and has since completed over a dozen classes across the United States and Europe, getting seat time in both touring and race cars on many well known tracks such as Laguna Seca Raceway, Circuit of the Americas, Spa Francorchamps, Nurburgring Nordschleife, etc. After winning the 2021 Lamborghini Pilota Program he decided to start his rookie year competing in the 2022 Lamborghini Super Trofeo Series. He had a great 2022 season highlighted by 4 podiums, including a win at WeatherTech Laguna Seca Raceway.
Jaden Conwright - #15 LST
Conwright has a long history with World Speed. He was awarded the VMB Driver Development Scholarship in 2014, and won the Formula Car Challenge FS championship in his first season. Conwright continued with World Speed in 2015 where he finished vice-champion in the Pro Formula Mazda class.
Conwright went from success on the west coast to worldwide success. He competed in the 2017 Asian FIA F3 series where he finished 3rd overall in the championship. While racing in the 2019 Porsche GT3 Carrera Cup Italia he scored 9 podiums. Once back stateside he was awarded the IMSA Diverse Driver Development Scholarship in 2022.
